Mediterranean Games: Libya's Best Ever Participation by Far with Six Medals Won
While all eyes will be centred on Libya's football team today as it plays for the bronze medal against France, it must be said that the current edition of the Mediterranean Games, the 16th that ends in Pescaa, Italy, Sunday, is by far the best ever for Libya that has won six medals, one gold and five bronze. Athletics has been the most successful event with four of the medals won in this sector.

Libya Buys Portman House on Oxford Street at 155 Million Sterling
Land Securities today announced that it has completed the sale of Portman House, a retail and office investment in a prime location on Oxford Street, London W1, to Kinloss Property Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Libyan Foreign Investment Company (LAFICO) for £155 million which reflects a yield of just over 7.0%.
